Today we're putting together start dates, timelines, and work hours.
It's really important to put that start date out there ASAP and TELL PEOPLE! When you do this, you give yourself NO EXCUSES to launch because you've made it public. This is a scary, scary thing - but y'all can do it.
Then it will be super important to talk about how many hours a week you'll dedicate to your launch plan and then how many hours a week you'll "work" once that side hustle is up and running.
