While I've enjoyed all my podcast interviews thus far, I had a complete and total blast today talking with my good friend Doug Ferguson, the Director of Alumni Programs at Delaware County Community College outside of Philly. Doug and I had been on a conference committee together and have been buds ever since. We both appreciate "Empire Records" as being one of the most quotable movies ever AND believe strongly that "DIE HARD" is definitely a Christmas movie.
So on today's show, we talk about a ton of fun stuff, including:
1. Giving Tuesday - which is Tuesday, November 27th. A day of philanthropy and giving that adds new dimension to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
2. Being Married with Children and working on your doctorate
3. How exactly do people "fall in" to working in Higher Education
Doug will most definitely be back because we can talk about so much stuff. There WILL be a holiday movie bonus episode in the next couple weeks!
